
Human Policy
Booked appointment durations start on arrival and end on leaving the clinic. You’re welcome to bring a support person who may stay in the treatment room during your session but no infants under the age of 9 years old, no pets or animals are to be brought onto the property (including in your car). Feel free to bring along your own music.
Please ensure an acceptable level of hygiene and advise of recent spray tans.

Vaccination
DO NOT BOOK if you have had a COVID-19 Vaccination in the last two weeks!

Cancellation Policy
​
I respectfully ask that you provide me with a 24-Hour notice of any schedule changes or cancellation. Please understand that when you cancel or miss your appointment without providing enough notice, I am often unable to fill that appointment time. For this reason, you may be charged 50% of the service fee if cancelled on the day of your appointment and 100% of the service fee for cancellations less than 4 hours before your appointment time. I understand that emergencies can arise and illnesses do occur at inopportune times. If you (or a household member) have a fever, a known infection or have experienced vomiting or diarrhoea within 24 hours prior to your appointment time, I ask that you reschedule your session. Late cancellation due to emergency or illness will generally not result in any 'missed session charges, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis. Continuous cancellations may result in you having to prepay for your session without a refund option.

Late Arrival Policy
​
Please arrive on time for your appointment time. If you get here very early you can go and grab a coffee etc. at one of our great cafes right down the road. Appointment times are reserved for each client, so oftentimes I cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late or compromise on cleaning in between. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your treatment so that the session ends at the scheduled time. Full-Service Fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival. In return I will do my best to be on time, if I’m unable to do so we will add time to your session to make up for my late arrival/start time or adjust the service charge accordingly.

Inappropriate Behavior Policy

Any inappropriate Behavior, sexual gestures or requests will result in immediate termination of your session and may be also reported to police if necessary.

Payment Policy
​
Payment of all fees is due on the day of your appointment or within 3 working days after receiving an invoice. Payment via cash or internet banking is accepted.

Mobile Service Terms and Conditions
​
I bring about 28kg of equipment, so I ask that you please ensure unobstructed entry to your home and advise of any staircases as well as steep or washed-out driveways and lose dogs on the property. You agree to provide an area big enough for the table to be set up and additional room for the therapist to walk around the table, the room/area is to be free of pet hair and pets are to be kept away from that designated area due to the risk of tripping, damage to the table and other client’s pet hair allergies. Please ensure the room/area is not excessively hot, that includes fireplaces or heaters in close proximity or direct sunlight on the table. Setting up/packing up of equipment is included in your chosen appointment duration. Please allow an extra 10 minutes for your initial appointment. Service will not be provided (but all fees charged) if there is any evidence of alcohol or drug consumption by the client or any other household member(s).

Human Client General Liability Release Declaration

By booking an appointment you give permission to receive professional treatment from Sabrina Meier and understand that this treatment is not a substitute for traditional medical treatment or medications and that the practitioner does NOT diagnose illnesses or injuries or prescribe medications.

Please acknowledge the risks associated with receiving treatment that include, but are not limited to:
â–ª superficial bruising
â–ª short-term muscle soreness
â–ª exacerbation of injury or undiscovered injury
You therefore release the individual practitioner from all liability concerning these injuries that may occur during treatment.
You understand the importance of informing the practitioner of all medical conditions (including but not limited to severe mental illness, allergies, severe reactions to previous therapeutic modalities, heart disease, infectious diseases, lung disease, incontinence, Claustrophobia, Anxiety, Panic Attacks) and medications that you are taking, and to let the practitioner know about any changes to these. You understand that there may be additional risks based on your physical condition.
You understand it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any discomfort you may feel during the treatment so she may adjust accordingly.
You understand that you or the practitioner may terminate the session at any time.
Prior to the treatment you have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the treatment and your questions have been answered.

Animal Policy
Generally, I will be visiting your animal on your property so please advise of any known or potential hazards that could affect the safety and wellbeing of the animal or the practitioner or could cause damage to the practitioner’s property. If your animal has previously shown any signs of aggression or dangerous behavior around humans, you MUST disclose this. If the animal is behaving in a dangerous manner, I reserve the right to refuse treatment and charge 50% of the appointment fee for my inconvenience. Please have your animal ready for the treatment session at the booked time. The owner or a person authorized by the owner MUST stay with the animal for the entire duration of the treatment. If the treatment is done on your property you agree to provide a safe and calm environment for the animal and the practitioner.

â–ª exacerbation of injury or undiscovered injury
You therefore release the practitioner from all liability concerning these injuries that may occur during treatment.
You understand the importance of informing the practitioner of all medical conditions (including but not limited to previous accidents/injuries, allergies, severe reactions to previous therapeutic modalities, previous or current veterinarian treatment) and that there may be additional risks based on those conditions.
You understand it is your responsibility to inform the practitioner of any expressions of previous/potential harmful behavior by the animal. You understand that you or the practitioner may terminate the session at any time.
Before the treatment you have been given the opportunity to ask questions about the treatment and your questions have been answered.
