After finishing my degree in Physiotherapy I worked at a very high-end practice for a while but then decided (for various reasons) to take a break and travel to New Zealand for a few months on a “Work and Holiday” Visa. After a few weeks a Kiwi man stole my heart and so I made the decision to stay here.

Sadly New Zealand does not recognise my German qualification. I would’ve had to do the whole lot over again, four years full time study. So I decided to work as a Massage Therapist instead.

During this time the name “Dale Speedy” was mentioned here and there by various clients, I became curious, started courses and (long story short) became a Practitioner of ConTact C.A.R.E Flinchlock Release for humans as well as horses and dogs.

At a Mind-Body-Spirit Expo I came across a Hand reader (Christopher Jones) and the accuracy of what this man could tell me about my Psychology through the examination of my Hands just blew my mind! Immediately I knew I had to learn this art as well.​

 

My physio training certainly gave me a great understanding about Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics, it taught me about Movement.

 

ConTact C.A.R.E taught me about the opposite, Stillness. And the paradox that stillness can get something moving again… it’s in the stillness where the movement rejoices!

My study in Handreading offered me a whole new insight into our vast but unseen inner world of our human experience. The ability to make that aspect of a human visible is quite magical and transformative!

I have always had an intuitive ability to provide energy healing for horses and hence decided to explore the art of Reiki, simply to make sense of it. 

​

So, what’s up with the 1,2,3?

1,2,3 has multiple meanings to me…

​

First of all, it is the Formula to release flinchlocked bones. It is the formula for change.

​

Secondly it represents change on 3 levels, physical, emotional, mental.

​

And thirdly it represents my professional path in life.

1 - being my foundation in Physiotherapy that got forcibly compressed into Massage.

2 - growing my understanding, skills and competence through ConTact C.A.R.E and broadening my horizon through the wisdom of the horse.

3 - tapping into a person’s psychological aspect of existence, their consciousness, through Handreading – enabling me to offer a 3-dimensional approach to real ease.

 

This is not just a job. This is my mission, my purpose. Unleashing every-body’s Potential. Through 1,2,3…
